I reached out to them after my usual dry cleaner mentioned they weren’t comfortable attempting to remove an oil stain from my hand-dyed linen couch slipcover. Although it had been about a month since the incident, their team responded promptly, arrived on time, and resolved the issue in just 30 minutes. The slipcover now looks as good as new.
