I was amazed with the work that was done on my carpet. I had pet stains that for a few times other carpet companies tried to clean but unfortunately the stains came back. Carter's was able to clean the stains and it has been a few weeks and the stain hasn't come back. Besides the stains the total cleaning was really good. I definitely recommend this company. I forgot to mention the person that cam to do the cleaning was very polite, professional, explained everything before he started the cleaning. Thank you!!!!
