Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician

We’re seeking an experienced, full-service carpet cleaning technician with skills in:

  • Carpet steam cleaning
  • Carpet repairs and re-stretching
  • Tile and grout cleaning

  • Commission-based pay
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Company vehicle, uniforms, and professional-grade equipment
  • Medical and dental benefits after 60 days

  • Valid California Driver’s License
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Previous experience in full-service steam cleaning preferred

Carpet Cleaning Assistant

Interested in a fast-paced, active job with room for growth? Our Carpet Cleaning Assistants work alongside Lead Technicians to provide exceptional service to homes and businesses throughout the region.

This role is a great entry point into the steam cleaning industry, with opportunities for advancement to a Lead Technician role.

  • Assisting with job site setup and breakdown
  • Supporting cleaning tasks (carpet, tile, upholstery, etc.)
  • Navigating between job sites
  • Interacting with customers and ensuring satisfaction
