I had the most amazing experience today when my carpets were cleaned and additional cleaning of my tiles on the floor. I have lived with being have the tiles a different color for 25 years due to wear.
After the cleaning they were exactly like new.

I had never heard of Carter's until a friend recommended them. My husband and I were super pleased with Austin who came to clean our carpets and a sectional. He was personable, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Replacing our carpet was a near future plan, but after Austin cleaned, we will move on to other projects for now. He did a fantastic job. We will for sure be using Carter's again in the future.

We needed to have the carpet stretched in a few rooms. The techs arrived on time and got right to work. We had moved the small items out of the way, but they moved the bigger furniture -- a service which we paid for. They were quiet in the stretching -- I had expected a lot of pounding. End result, no more ripples in the carpet, furniture all back in place. We are happy.

Austin and Sergio did a great job on our carpets. They were very professional and prompt. I highly recommend Carters Carpet. We have used them several times.

Another great service experience from Carter's Carpet. We have used Carter's several times over the 17 years of owning our home - sometimes due to a dire pet-initiated emergency and others for upkeep on our carpet to get as many years out of it as we can. Our recent service was for some pet stains and odors and to brighten up the stairway. The scheduling was easy. The day of service went smoothly with a prompt and well-mannered technician and the end result was what we expected. We appreciate being able to support a family-owned local company that does a great job.

Carter’s Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job for us! They cleaned our rugs, upholstery, and carpet, and managed to get out every stain. Best of all, there was no weird smell left behind—everything looked and felt fresh. The technician arrived right on time, was very thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job right.
