Excellent work! I cleaned my couch and recliner at least five times with the number one cleaner on the market. By the way, the smell of that cleaner was about as bad as the kitty urine odor. Anyway, I couldn't get the smell out. I finally used a steam cleaner, but still couldn't get the odor out. Carter's Carpet Cleaner was successful in removing the kitty urine odor leaving a very pleasant, refreshing smell. Also, the two employees were excellent, highly experienced, kind and respectful.

When I called the company, I could tell it was one of the owners who answered the phone. Their business was very important to them as was getting my business. At first the prices seemed a little bit more, but the other company’s nickel and dime you. The technician was nicely groomed, kind, confident, professional and was so easy to work with.
