Our carpets look brand new again. Very polite, experienced crew. A little more expensive but the results are worth it.

I reached out to them after my usual dry cleaner mentioned they weren’t comfortable attempting to remove an oil stain from my hand-dyed linen couch slipcover. Although it had been about a month since the incident, their team responded promptly, arrived on time, and resolved the issue in just 30 minutes. The slipcover now looks as good as new. I will definitely use their services in the future!

Second time using this company, what a gem they are! Show up exactly when promised, do a great job for a reasonable price. Jose Jr and Hector did the work today, they couldn't have been nicer and did a stellar job. So glad to have found this company!

EDIT: used them for a 3rd time in March 2026, Austin and his service was just as great as the other times used. Really great company, responsive, excellent cleaning, right on time, couldn't ask for anything else!

I can’t say enough good things about the way Jose cleaned my carpet. I didn’t even have to tell him what and where to clean some spots. He just did and cleaned the spots. I will give him 10 stars if I could!! And great price too!!!

I had the most amazing experience today when my carpets were cleaned and additional cleaning of my tiles on the floor. I have lived with being have the tiles a different color for 25 years due to wear.
After the cleaning they were exactly like new.

I had never heard of Carter's until a friend recommended them. My husband and I were super pleased with Austin who came to clean our carpets and a sectional. He was personable, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Replacing our carpet was a near future plan, but after Austin cleaned, we will move on to other projects for now. He did a fantastic job. We will for sure be using Carter's again in the future.

We needed to have the carpet stretched in a few rooms. The techs arrived on time and got right to work. We had moved the small items out of the way, but they moved the bigger furniture -- a service which we paid for. They were quiet in the stretching -- I had expected a lot of pounding. End result, no more ripples in the carpet, furniture all back in place. We are happy.
