Austin restretched and cleaned our carpet. He removed a few stains we didn't think would come out. He was on time and very professional!. We will certainly use Carter's again!

We always have a great experience with Carter’s carpet cleaners. This time we used them for tile and grout cleaning. Came out amazing! I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had the most amazing experience today when my carpets were cleaned and additional cleaning of my tiles on the floor. I have lived with being have the tiles a different color for 25 years due to wear.

I had never heard of Carter's until a friend recommended them. My husband and I were super pleased with Austin who came to clean our carpets and a sectional. He was personable, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Replacing our carpet was a near future plan, but after Austin cleaned, we will move on to other projects for now. He did a fantastic job. We will for sure be using Carter's again in the future.

We needed to have the carpet stretched in a few rooms. The techs arrived on time and got right to work. We had moved the small items out of the way, but they moved the bigger furniture -- a service which we paid for. They were quiet in the stretching -- I had expected a lot of pounding. End result, no more ripples in the carpet, furniture all back in place. We are happy.

Carter’s Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job for us! They cleaned our rugs, upholstery, and carpet, and managed to get out every stain. Best of all, there was no weird smell left behind—everything looked and felt fresh. The technician arrived right on time, was very thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Their pricing is fair, and the quality of work far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them again for their other services. Highly recommend!

Great job on both our carpets and kitchen floor tile. I have not seen the grout so clean in years! Glad to have it sealed so it will stay that way. Our technician was great. Efficient, polite, got the job done, and paid attention to details. Will use this service again.

Excellent work! I cleaned my couch and recliner at least five times with the number one cleaner on the market. By the way, the smell of that cleaner was about as bad as the kitty urine odor. Anyway, I couldn't get the smell out. I finally used a steam cleaner, but still couldn't get the odor out. Carter's Carpet Cleaner was successful in removing the kitty urine odor leaving a very pleasant, refreshing smell. Also, the two employees were excellent, highly experienced, kind and respectful.

So if you happen to notice that your 9 x 12 white wool carpet doesn't like it should and you wondering why did I spent so much cheddar on it? Well let me tell that Carters Carpet brought that joy back after they finished cleaning and the results were perfect, like new !!

Second time I request their services, 1st time was to refresh my white linen couch, and yes awesome job, so let's just say I no longer worry that much about being careful around these two items for I know Carter's Carpet knowledge and equipment is current, as well as their technicians. Overall I'm well pleased with their service.
