He was personable, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Replacing our carpet was a near future plan, but after Austin cleaned, we will move on to other projects for now. He did a fantastic job. Excellent work! I cleaned my couch and recliner at least five times with the number one cleaner on the market. By the way, the smell of that cleaner was about as bad as the kitty urine odor. Anyway, I couldn't get the smell out. I finally used a steam cleaner, but still couldn't get the odor out. Carter's Carpet Cleaner was successful in removing the kitty urine odor leaving a very pleasant, refreshing smell. Also, the two employees were excellent, highly experienced, kind and respectful.
