Yes. We can usually come very close with an over the phone estimate by simply asking you a few questions. If you need or prefer an exact price, we are more than happy to provide you with that service. Just call the office to schedule an in-home estimate.
Absolutely. Carter’s uses earth friendly cleaning products the majority of the time. There are a few situations when a different cleaning product may be recommended, however the customer will always be given the choice as to which cleaner they would prefer.
Carter’s Carpet Restoration provides a variety of steam cleaning services including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and stone cleaning, grout sealing, carpet repairs, patches and restretching, and oriental rug care.

Your carpet will be dry to the touch when the technicians leave your home. Dry to the touch can be defined by wiping a paper towel across your carpet fibers, and it will come up dry; if you stood on the paper towel, moisture would still be present.
